Crockpot Macaroni Salad Pie


  • 2 cups of Parmesan
  • 1 cup of Colby Jack cheese
  • 1 box of Macaroni noodles
  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of sweetened soy milk
  • 1 tbsp of sugar


  1. Simmer all the ingredients on high for 2 hours.
  2. Reduce the heat to medium and simmer for another 3 hours.
  3. Reduce the heat again to low and simmer for 2 hours.




Crockpot Mac-N-Cheese


  • 5 cups of sharp cheddar, shredded
  • 3 eggs
  • 10 oz of elbow macaroni, cooked
  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 1/4 cups of milk


  1. Add all the ingredients to a crockpot.
  2. Simmer on low for 5 1/2 hours.




Crockpot Creamed Corn


  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 6 cups of sweet corn
  • 1 /2 cup of milk
  • 2 tbsp of butter
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Add all the ingredients to a crockpot and simmer them on low for 6 hours.
