Crockpot Lasagna
Ingredients:
- 2 can of whole peeled tomatoes, simmered down for 10 minutes with 1/2 tbsp hot pepper flakes, 5 leaves of basil and 3 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 bag of mozzarella cheese
- 1 box of rotini noodles, cooked
- 1 cup of Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 pound of ground beef, cooked and seasoned with onion and celery salt
- 1/2 jar of ricotta cheese
- 1 tsp of parsley flakes
- salt and pepper
Directions:
- Layer the noodles, meat and cheeses.
- Sprinkle parsley and salt and pepper in between the layers.
- Simmer on low for 5 hours.
Crockpot Beef and Cabbage
Ingredients:
- 1 head of red cabbage, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 lbs of beef, cubed
- 1/2 cup of vegetable stock
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp of oregano
- 3 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 carrot, peeled and chopped
Directions:
- Add all the ingredients to a crockpot and simmer them on low for 9 hours.
Crockpot Corned Beef
Ingredients:
- 1 can of corned beef hash
- 3 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 4 cups of chicken stock
- 2 leaves of basil
- 2 clove of garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp of white wine
Directions:
- Mix all the ingredients together and simmer them on low for 5 1/2 hours.
