Crockpot Lasagna


  • 2 can of whole peeled tomatoes, simmered down for 10 minutes with 1/2 tbsp hot pepper flakes, 5 leaves of basil and 3 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 bag of mozzarella cheese
  • 1 box of rotini noodles, cooked
  • 1 cup of Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 pound of ground beef, cooked and seasoned with onion and celery salt
  • 1/2 jar of ricotta cheese
  • 1 tsp of parsley flakes
  • salt and pepper


  1. Layer the noodles, meat and cheeses.
  2. Sprinkle parsley and salt and pepper in between the layers.
  3. Simmer on low for 5 hours.




Crockpot Beef and Cabbage


  • 1 head of red cabbage, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 lbs of beef, cubed
  • 1/2 cup of vegetable stock
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp of oregano
  • 3 potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 carrot, peeled and chopped


  1. Add all the ingredients to a crockpot and simmer them on low for 9 hours.




Crockpot Corned Beef


  • 1 can of corned beef hash
  • 3 potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 4 cups of chicken stock
  • 2 leaves of basil
  • 2 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp of white wine


  1. Mix all the ingredients together and simmer them on low for 5 1/2 hours.
