Crockpot Hawaiian Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of pineapple chunks
  • 1 can of whole peeled tomatoes
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/3 cup of sugar
  • 1 tbsp of hot pepper flakes
  • 1 cup of mango, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped

Directions:

  1. Add all the ingredients to a crockpot and simmer them on low for 6 1/2 hours.

 

 

 

Crockpot Brown Sugar Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp of butter
  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless and tenderized
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp of nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup of chicken stock
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a crockpot and simmer them for 8-9 hours.

 

 

 

Crockpot Teriyaki Orange Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp of mustard
  • 3 tbsp of brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp of ginger root, shredded
  • 1/2 jar of teriyaki sauce
  • 2 orange, sliced with the rind
  • 5 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, shredded, rolled in flour and fried in oil for 5 minutes

Directions:

  1. Simmer all the ingredients in a crockpot for 4-5 hours.
