Crockpot Mushroom Soup

Ingredients:

  • 4 cans of cream of mushroom soup
  • 6 cups of vegetable stock
  • 1 tbsp of parsley, chopped
  • 5 cups of assorted mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 cup of rice, cooked
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 onion, chopped

Directions:

  1. Simmer all the ingredients on low for 5-6 hours.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste.

 

 

 

Crockpot Hamburger Soup

Ingredients:

  • 30 small patties (the size of a quarter) of seasoned hamburger meat, cooked
  • 2 liters vegetable stock
  • 1 bag of spinach
  • 1 can of stewed tomatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cup of shredded sharp cheddar
  • 1 tbsp of parsley
  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and chopped

Directions:

  1. Simmer all the ingredients in a crockpot on medium for 3 hours.
  2. Reduce the heat and simmer on low for another 2-3 hours.
