Crockpot Chinese Steak


  • 2 green bell peppers, chopped
  • 2 lbs of round steak, boneless
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tsp of pepper
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 cups of bean sprouts
  • 3 large onions, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tbsp of Hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp of brown sugar
  • 7 tbsp of soy sauce


  1. Add all the ingredients to a crockpot and simmer on low for 8 hours.
  2. Serve with rice.




Crockpot Cranberry Roast


  • 1 1/2 cups of cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 2 tbsp of butter
  • 1 small rump roast
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a crockpot and simmer them on low for 9 hours.
  2. Ladle the cranberry juices over top the roast occasionally.




Crockpot Italian Sausage Bake


  • 3 1/2 lbs of sausage
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 1 large green bell pepper, chopped
  • 30 oz of spaghetti sauce
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced


  1. Simmer all the ingredients on low all day.
