Crockpot Chicken Cacciatore


  • 3 cups of potatoes, cubed
  • 1 bag of baby carrots
  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless and cubed
  • 4 cups of spaghetti sauce
  • 1/4 cup of white wine
  • 1 tbsp of oregano
  • salt and pepper


  1. Add all the ingredients to a crockpot and simmer on low for 5-6 hours.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste.




Crockpot Chicken Parm


  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1 cup of Parmesan
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 8 slices of Provolone
  • 3 cups of spaghetti sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste.


  1. Layer the ingredients in a crockpot.
  2. Simmer them on low for 6 hours.




Crockpot Chicken Cordon Bleu


  • 4 chicken breasts, pounded flat and rubbed with salt
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 8 slices of Monterey Jack cheese
  • 4 tbsp of white wine
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil


  1. Layer the 2 slices of cheese and bacon on each chicken breast.
  2. Fold the chicken breast in half and fix it together with a toothpick.
  3. Place them in the crockpot with the remaining ingredients.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Simmer the breasts on low for 5 hours.
