Crockpot Beef Vegetable Soup


  • 2 cups of vegetable juice
  • 2 cups of vegetable stock
  • 2 tbsp of beef stock powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 bag of mixed frozen vegetables
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 1/2 lbs of a beef cut, cubed


  1. Add all the ingredients to a crockpot and simmer them on low for 8 1/2 hours.




Crockpot Beef Taco Soup


  • 1 1/2 lbs of ground beef
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can of corn, washed and strained
  • 1 can of black beans, washed and strained
  • 1 can of whole peeled tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 packs of taco seasoning mix


  1. Sautee the beef in the olive oil, garlic and onion for five minutes.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer on low for 6 hours.




Crockpot New Orleans Soup


  • 30 small sausage meatballs
  • 2 cans of whole peeled tomatoes
  • 1 cup of rice, cooked
  • 2 jalapenos, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups of shrimp
  • 1 cup of oysters
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 cup of cilantro, chopped
  • 3 cups of spinach
  • 1 1/2 liters of vegetable stock
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 carrot, chopped
  • 1 rib of celery, chopped


  1. Add all the ingredients to a crockpot and simmer them on low for 10 hours.
