Crockpot Baked Ham


  • (1) 4 pound precooked ham, wrapped in foil
  • 1/2 cup of water


  1. Cook the ham in the crockpot for 1 1/2 hours on high.
  2. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 7 1/2 hours.




Crockpot Hamburger and Sweet Potato Bake


  • 1 1/2 lbs of hamburger meat, seasoned
  • 4 sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp of parsley
  • 1 1/2 cups of whatever cheese you prefer, shredded


  1. Sautee the hamburger in the onion and garlic until it turns brown.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients to a crockpot and simmer them on low for 5-7 hours.




Crockpot Curry Chicken and Sweet Potatoes


  • 5 sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 5 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless and cubed
  • 2 tbsp of yellow curry powder
  • 2 cans of coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp of olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup of vegetable stock
  • 1 tsp of hot pepper flakes
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 large onion, chopped


  1. Add all the ingredients, except for the coconut milk, to a crockpot and simmer on medium high for 1 hour.
  2. Add the coconut milk and reduce the heat to low.
  3. Simmer for 6 hours.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
