Creamy Italian Crockpot Chicken
Ingredients:
- 5 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 pack of powdered Italian dressing mix
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup of chopped mushrooms
- 1/2 pack of cream cheese
Directions:
- Combine all the ingredients in a crockpot and simmer on low for 3 1/2 hours.
Crockpot Mexican Chicken
Ingredients:
- 3 potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 can of salsa
- 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, chopped to pieces
- 1 pack of Old El Paso taco seasoning
- 1 can of whole peeled tomatoes
- 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
Directions:
- Add all the ingredients to a crockpot and mix well.
- Simmer on low for 6 hours and serve with nachos.
Crockpot South-of-the-Border Chicken
Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups of cheddar, shredded
- 2 cans of cream of chicken soup
- 16 tortillas, cut into small wedges
- 1 can of enchilada sauce
Directions:
- Layer all the ingredients in a crockpot.
- Cook on low for 10-12 hours.
