Poppy Seed-breaded Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken breasts, skinless, boneless and diced
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp of poppy seeds
  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 12 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup of flower
  • 2 tbsp of white wine

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Roll the chicken in the flour them the egg and finally the poppy seeds.
  3. Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper.
  4. Lightly brown the breaded chicken in the butter for 5 minutes.
  5. Place the chicken in a 350-degree oven for 4 minutes.
  6. Serve with a mango salad.

Serves: 4 to 5 people

 

 

 

Ginger Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 tbsp of ginger root, grated
  • 1 tbsp of sesame oil
  • 1/2 can of coconut milk
  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless and cubed
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp of sugar
  • rice

Directions:

  1. Heat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together in a baking dish.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Place the baking dish in the oven for 15 minutes.
  5. Reduce the heat to 350 and bake for another 7-10 minutes.
  6. Serve with rice.

Serves: 4 persons
