Hawaiian Chicken


  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1 box stuffing mix
  • ¼ c. brown sugar
  • ¼ c. margarine


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Melt margarine in microwave and mix in the brown sugar.
  3. Add mixture to dry stuffing mix with seasoning packet.
  4. Add pineapple (juice included) to stuffing until moist.
  5. Place above mixture into a baking dish and place chicken breasts on top of stuffing mixture.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 45 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center and tender.




Chicken in Wine Sauce


  • 1 whole chicken (either quartered or cut up)
  • 1 c. dry white wine or cooking wine
  • ½ c. margarine
  • Parsley flakes
  • Seasoned salt


  1. Marinate chicken in wine, melted margarine and parsley for at least 2 hrs. in refrigerator.
  2. Place chicken in baking pan and pour marinade over chicken.
  3. Put a little bit of seasoned salt on top and bake at 325 degrees F for 1 hour.
