Tator Tot Casserole


  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 pkg. frozen tator tots
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 c. reduced-fat or fat-free shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag of Light Lay’s potato chips, crushed


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Brown meat and drain.
  3. Add salt, pepper to taste.
  4. Place tater tots on bottom of casserole dish.
  5. Pour meat over tator tots and spread evenly.
  6. Pour soup over meat and cover evenly.
  7. Lastly, top with chips and cheese.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

Serves 6.




Easy Tuna Casserole


  • 2 (6 oz.) cans tuna
  • 1 pkg. noodles (8 oz.), cooked
  • 1 can peas
  • 2 cans low-sodium, fat-free cream of mushroom soup
  • 3 hard boiled eggs, chopped (optional)


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
