Tuscan Tomato Burgers


  • 1 medium tomato, coarsely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
  • 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 2 frozen BOCA Meatless Roasted Garlic Burgers
  • 2 Tbsp. shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups torn Italian salad greens


  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  2. Mix tomato, basil and vinegar until well blended.
  3. Grill burgers as directed on pkg.; top with cheese. Continue grilling until cheese is melted.
  4. Place salad greens evenly on 2 salad plates; top each with 1 burger and half of the tomato mixture.




Bombay Burgers


  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen BOCA Meatless Roasted Onion Burgers
  • 1/4 cup reduced fat mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chutney
  • 4 whole wheat hamburger buns, split, toasted
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium mango, peeled, sliced


  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  2. Grill burgers as directed on package.
  3. Meanwhile, mix mayo and chutney until well blended; spread evenly onto cut sides of buns.
  4. Place lettuce on bottom halves of buns; cover with burgers, mangos and top halves of buns.
