Inside Out Bacon Cheeseburgers

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 3 Tbsp. Ranch Dressing, divided
  • 4 slices Bacon, cooked, crumbled
  • 2 Cheese Singles, cut into quarters
  • 4 hamburger buns, split, lightly toasted
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 8 slices tomato

Directions:

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  2. Mix meat and 2 Tbsp. of the dressing.
  3. Shape into 8 thin patties.
  4. Mix remaining 1 Tbsp. dressing and the bacon.
  5. Spoon about 1 Tbsp. of the bacon mixture onto center of each of 4 of the patties; top with 2 Singles quarters and second patty.
  6. Pinch edges of patties together to seal.
  7. Grill patties 7 to 9 minutes on each side or until cooked through (160°F).
  8. Cover bottom halves of buns with lettuce and burgers.
  9. Top with tomatoes and top halves of buns.

 

 

 

Mushroom Cheesy Burgers

Ingredients:

  • 4 small plum tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Roasted Red Pepper Italian with Parmesan dressing, divided
  • 1 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 4 Italian-style hard rolls, split

Directions:

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  2. Toss tomatoes with basil and 2 Tbsp.of the dressing; set aside.
  3. Heat remaining dressing in skillet on medium heat.
  4. Add mushrooms; cook and stir 5 min. or until tender and liquid has evaporated.
  5. Stir in 1/2 of the tomato mixture and cheese.
  6. Cool slightly.
  7. Mix meat and mushroom mixture.
  8. Shape evenly into 4 patties.
  9. Grill patties 7 to 9 minutes on each side or until cooked through (160°F).
  10. Cover bottom halves of rolls with burgers.
  11. Top with remaining tomato mixture and top halves of rolls.
