Iron man breakfast muffins

Ingredients:

  • 2 English muffins
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 10 pieces of turkey bacon
  • 3 large mushrooms
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/3 cup of vegetable broth

Directions:

  1. Slice in half and toast the English muffins
  2. Set oven at 300 degrees.
  3. Cut the tomatoes into fat slices and place in the oven on aluminum foil until they brown lightly.
  4. Place the turkey bacon on a piece of wax paper in the oven for 10 minutes.
  5. Cut the mushrooms into fat slices and place in a pan with vegetable broth on a medium heat for 5 minutes.
  6. Fry both eggs
  7. Place the toasted English muffins on a plate and stack on top of them the grilled tomatoes, mushrooms, turkey bacon and place the egg on top.
