Upgraded Soda Fountain Sodas

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1-28 oz bottle club soda, chilled
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 envelope unsweetened powdered drink mix (flavor of choice)

Directions:

  1. Dissolve drink mix and sugar in water.
  2. Stir in club soda.
  3. Put scoop of ice cream in tall glass, stir in soda mixture.
  4. Top with another scoop of ice cream.

 

 

 

Jazzy Java Smoothie (punch bowl drink)

Ingredients:

  • 2 - 10 oz packs frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 gallon cold coffee
  • 4 cups half & half
    fresh mint and raspberries for garnish

Directions:

  1. Add frozen berries, water and sugar to blender and puree.
  2. Strain into punch bowl.
  3. Add coffee and half and half and stir well
  4. Add crushed ice
  5. Float fresh mint and raspberries in bowl.

 

 

 

Peachy Pineapple

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/3 cup peaches, diced
  • 1 cup pineapple juice, unsweetened

Directions:

  1. Blend pineapple juice and peaches in blender on high for 1 minute or until smooth.
  2. Add ice and blend 30 seconds more
  3. Serve in a tall glass.
