Shaky Banana Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana sliced
  • ¼ cup strawberries fresh or frozen, unsweetened
  • 3 tbsp. honey
  • ¼ cup wheat germ
  • 2 cups skim milk

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, approximately 30 seconds.
  3. Pour into ice cold glasses, garnish with cinnamon and whole strawberry

 

 

 

Tropical Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • ½ papaya
  • ½ banana
  • 4 strawberries
  • 1/8 cup orange juice
  • ¼ cup plain yogurt
  • 5 maraschino cherries

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth.
  2. Serve in tall glass garnished with a cherry

 

 

 

Watermelon Coolie

Ingredients:

  • ½ small watermelon, cubed
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup crushed ice

Directions:

  1. Blend watermelon in blender until juice
  2. Add yogurt and blend until smooth.
  3. Add crushed ice, blend another 30 seconds.
