Pineapple Lemonade Cooler

Ingredients:

  • 1 envelope lemonade or pink lemonade flavor drink mix
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 2 cups cold pineapple juice
  • 1 bottle (1 liter size) cold club soda or seltzer
  • Ice cubes

Directions:

  1. Measure drink mix (dry) into cap just to 2-quart line.
  2. Place in large plastic or glass pitcher.
  3. Add water and pineapple juice; stir to dissolve.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  5. Stir in club soda just before serving.
  6. Serve over ice.

 

 

 

Pineapple-Apricot Crush

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (12 oz size) Pineapple Juice; Chilled
  • 1 can (8 3/4 oz size) Apricot Halves; Undrained
  • 6 Ice Cubes (or more)

Directions:

  1. Blend the first two ingredients in a blender container, until the apricots are pureed.
  2. Add the ice cubes 1 at a time until you reach a slushy consistency.

 

 

 

Peach Power Up

Ingredients:

  • 1 piece (1-inch size) fresh ginger, peeled and grated
  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 cups sliced frozen peaches

Directions:

  1. In a blender combine ginger, yogurt, orange juice and the frozen peaches.
  2. Blend until smooth.
