Pineapple Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 crushed (8 ounces) crushed pineapple in juice 
  • 1 banana (6 ounces)
  • 1 container (6 ounces) plain nonfat yogurt 
  • 1/2 Cup ice cubes 
  • Grated nutmeg 

Directions:

  1. In a blender, combine 1 can crushed pineapple in juice, banana, plain nonfat yogurt, and ice cubes.
  2. Purée until smooth.
  3. Sprinkle with grated nutmeg and serve

 

 

 

Apple Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 Gala apple, peeled, cored and chopped
  • 1/4 cup milk

Directions:

  1. In a blender combine frozen banana, orange juice, apple and milk.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into glasses and serve.

 

 

 

Pineapple Colada Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup crushed pineapple, slightly drained
  • 1 cup nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Process until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately.
