Amaretto Coffee

Ingredients:

  • 2 2/3 cups hot brewed coffee
  • 1/4 cup amaretto
  • Whipped cream
  • Ground cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Combine coffee and amaretto. Stir well.
  2. Top each serving with a dollop of whipped cream; sprinkle with cinnamon.
  3. Serve immediately.
Yields about 3 cups.

 

 

Brazilian Coffee

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups hot chocolate
  • 1 1/2 cups strong coffee
  • 1 cup brandy or rum
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped with 1 teaspoon sugar

Directions:

  1. Heat the chocolate, coffee and brandy or rum together.
  2. Fold in whipped cream (or place a spoonful on top of each serving).

 

 

 

Creamy Iced Coffee

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chilled brewed coffee, made double-strength
  • 2 rounded tablespoons confectioners' sugar
  • 3 cups chopped ice

Directions:

  1. Combine the coffee, sugar, and ice, and blend until creamy.
