Hibiscus Tea Breezer

Ingredients:

  • 9 hibiscus tea bags
  • 1 quart of pineapple juice
  • 1 lime
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 quart of sparkling water
  • 1 quart of boiling water

Directions:

  1. Steep the tea bags in the boiled water for 18 minutes.
  2. Remove tea bags and add the pineapple juice.
  3. Squeeze in the lime and lemon and refrigerate.
  4. Add the sparkling water 2 hours later and serve.

 

 

 

Pomegranate Blast

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp of pomegranate syrup
  • 1 cup of ice cubes
  • 3 cups of club soda

Directions:

  1. Mix vigorously all the ingredients.
  2. Serve immediately.

 

 

 

Iced spiced apple tea

Ingredients:

  • 2 qts. Water
  • 2 (3-4 in.) cinnamon sticks
  • ¼ tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 3 family-size teabags
  • ½ c. Splenda
  • 1 can (6 oz.) frozen apple juice concentrate
  • 1 can (6 oz.) frozen lemonade concentrate

Directions:

  1. Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat and add tea bags; cover and steep 5-7 minutes.
  3. Using a slotted spoon, remove and discard tea bags and cinnamon.
  4. Stir in Splenda until dissolved.
  5. Stir in apple juice and lemonade concentrates.
  6. Chill and serve over ice.

Makes 2 quarts.
