Crab dip


  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. low-fat or fat-free cream cheese
  • 1 can crab with juice
  • Green onions, chopped
  • Melba rounds


  1. Melt butter and cream cheese in a double boiler.
  2. Add crab and a little green onion to the double boiler.
  3. Heat.
  4. Before serving, garnish with green onions.
  5. Serve with Melba rounds.

Serves 8 persons



Fruit dip


  • 8 oz. low-fat or fat-free cream cheese
  • Small jar marshmallow cream
  • 1 tbsp. Splenda
  • 1 or 2 drops food coloring, optional (red works best)
  • Fruit


  1. Soften cream cheese and mix well with the marshmallow cream.
  2. Add Splenda and food coloring if desired.
  3. Add fruit (Very good with strawberries, pineapple, apples, cantaloupe, honeydew melon or grapes.)
