Bruschetta with oil and garlic


  • 1 loaf of crusty Italian bread, cut into 1 inch slices
  • olive oil
  • 2 garlic gloves
  • salt


  1. Soak the slices of bread in olive oil.
  2. Sprinkle the bread slices with salt and toast them in a 350-degree oven.
  3. Cut the garlic cloves in half and rub them on the toasted bread.

Serves: 6-8 persons



Stuffed mozzarella balls


  • 4 large mozzarella balls
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 10 olives, diced
  • 4 basil leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 4 tbsp of olive oil
  • salt and pepper


  1. Slice the mozzarella balls in half, hollow them out slightly
  2. Mix the tomato, olives, basil leaves, bell pepper, olive oil and remaining mozzarella in bowl.
  3. Stuff the mozzarella balls with the vegetable mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serves: 4 persons
