Week of October 1st
I pledge to respond to the needs of my body by recognizing symptoms that are not normal.
I pledge to help my spouse with the daily routines in our lifestyle.
I pledge to keep up my journal writings.

I pledge to compliment my children more often.
I pledge to start a prayer group with my close friends.
I pledge to follow a diet that will reduce my cholesterol.
I pledge to read the newspaper at least three times a week.
I pledge to think of something positive each morning before I start my day.
Week of October 13th
I pledge to honor my father and mother more often.
I pledge to stay within my budget while shopping for presents.
I pledge to devote more time to my ministry.
I pledge to control my temper when circumstances do not go my way.
I pledge to admit when I am wrong and live up to the consequences.
