Mama's Motivational Pledges Week of March 17th I pledge to make a date with my spouse and go dancing. I pledge to drink plenty of water, get enough sleep, and maintain a physically active lifestyle. I pledge to join or create a book club. I pledge to nurture my relationships with family and friends. I pledge to teach my children to call 9-1-1 in the event of an emergency. Week of March 24th I pledge to invite my girlfriends over for a slumber party. I pledge to call my grandparents more often. I pledge to identify with others rather than compare myself to them. I pledge to acknowledge all that is good in my life. I pledge to dream a lot, laugh a lot, and enjoy my surroundings. March 31th I pledge to make my parents proud of me.
