Mama's Motivational Pledges Week of February 18th I pledge to commit at least 30 minutes of my day to exercising. I pledge to turn off the lights when I walk out of a room to conserve energy. I pledge to express my love in more direct ways than giving gifts. I pledge to plant trees and join with others in preserving and protecting our forest. I pledge to spend a minute less in the shower each day to conserve water. Week of February 25th I pledge to spread cheer to an elderly person. I pledge to participate in red ribbon week. I pledge to get involved in the global fight against AIDS. I pledge to take my kids to the park once a month. I pledge to spend more time with family and friends.
