I use coupons everywhere I shop and dine.
When you first clip your coupons from the newspaper wait at least two weeks to use them. The items will be lower in price. When coupons first come out they are always at a higher price.
Join a coupon train or club. You collect coupons from others that they did not want and you send coupons that will help others.
I use coupons on double coupon day at the grocery store.

I compare prices between store brands and name brands, and if the name brand plus a coupon is still more than the store brand, I buy the store brand.
