In addition there is a heart rate zone indicator, which displays users current heart rate zone at a glance (warm-up, fat burning, aerobic or athletic condition zone).

There are two separate windows that show speed, distance, time and calories simultaneously - no need to scroll back and forth. There are (12) preset programs, including (3) user programs. The Smooth 9.25 HR weighs in at a hefty 304 lbs., similar to a commercial treadmill. This extra weight provides greater stability with a more solid feel.
