What Should I Be When I Grow Up? Now That I'm 40, 50, 60 What inspired you to write this book? The reason I wrote the book is because I owned an Executive Recruiting Firm in Phoenix for 20 years with the same question being asked daily by all ages What should I be when I grow up? Most people said it tongue in cheek however they really did not know the answer. Can this book benefit people of all ages, or is it written specifically for people in their 40s, 50s and 60s? It really is a book for all ages since it asks the " purposeful questions" that we all need to answer at some time in our life. Chapter 2 includes ‘Real stories with wise morals told by real people’. How did you decide which stories to include in the book? I chose people in the age groups that were examples of how you can live your passion sometimes outside the workplace In chapter 5, you discuss balance and how important a balanced lifestyle is when in a career transition. Can you suggest what a person should do to determine whether or not they have a balanced lifestyle? The balance wheel I inserted in the book is a great exercise to use to check on your balanced lifestyle daily. Have you written other books? I have written 6 other books 3 of them are children's books on Self Esteem What are your current projects? My current project is writing 5 more What Should I Be books WHAT SHOULD I BE???
