Ergonomic mouse tray

What is an Ergonomic Mouse Tray?

An ergonomic mouse tray is a tray specifically designed to reduce reaching by allowing a mouse to be used near the keyboard, especially if a keyboard tray is used.

The ergonomic mouse tray will help prevent the wrist from bending back while keying or while mousing. An ergonomic mouse tray is also designed to take some weight off the shoulders, reduce shoulder muscle work, and to soften the surface under the wrist.

Usually, the best height for the mouse is at elbow height. The mouse tray does not have to be at the same height as the keyboard.

Ergonomic mouse trays are also called mouse pad holders.

Drawbacks of an Ergonomic Mouse Tray
