A Great Date

The Pike in Long Beach

When my boyfriend and I had first started dating he took me to The Pike in Long Beach. When we got there we went on the ferris wheel and it was so pretty. We could see the ocean and the Queen Mary on one side and the city lights on the other all from the top of the ferris
wheel. After that he took me out to eat at Islands Burgers. We had a lot of fun and the food was very good.

Then we went to the movies and saw Stomp the Yard. Before we left I asked him if we could go drive by the Queen Mary since it was just over the bridge. We ended up getting out and walking around for an hour or two. We walked all over the ship and ended up sitting on a bench looking out to all of long beach, it was so pretty. I didn't want to leave, but it was getting late, it was already like one in the morning.

So on the way home there was a car accident and everyone was stopped on the freeway. We were just talking and listening to the radio. All of a sudden he called the radio station and got through. He said "I just want to tell my girl I had a good time tonight out in Long Beach."

It was so cute and it was a perfect ending to our date. A year later I'm still with him. Thanks for the best date ever Jeremy!
