My Worst Date

The Boyfriend

During the past couple of months, I haven't had the time to date with my work schedule being so busy, so a friend of mine introduced me to a girl that was a friend of his girlfriend. At first I was kind of nervous because I had never been on a blind date. My buddy told me to relax and that she was a really nice girl and I had nothing to worry about. So I decided to go on the date.

When I came to pick her up from her house, she told me how nice I looked and how she had heard so many good things about me, I felt really comfortable and I told her the same things. She asked me if we could go to the mall so she could pick up a birthday card for her sister, so I said that was fine. While we were at the mall, a strange guy kept looking at us while we were in line at the card shop. At first I didn't really pay any attention, until he walked past me and gave me a dirty look. I told my date what happened and she told me not to worry about it, so I didn't.

There was a restaurant near the mall, so we decided to go there. On our way to the restaurant, I noticed a car driving pretty erratic behind us so I got into another lane, when I did, the car pulled up next to me and the driver rolled down his window and told me to get out of the car. I asked him if I knew him and he told me no, but my date was his girlfriend.

When the driver told me I was with his girlfriend, I looked at her and asked her if it was true, she told me no, so I rolled up my window and sped off. When we got to the restaurant, I wanted to forget about what had just happened, so I didn't bring it up. While we were having dinner, the same guy walks in and tells me that he had a feeling she was cheating on him, but he didn't know with who, I told him that this was our first date and I didn't really know her. When I looked at her, I could tell that she was embarrassed, so I asked her again was this guy her boyfriend, but this time she told me he was. I felt bad for the guy, so I got up and told her the date was over. She didn't try to stop me, so I left and never heard from her again.
