A Cry For Help! I am 23 years old and I have serious issues when it comes to my weight. About 4 months ago, I weighed over 160 lbs. During the summer I went to live with my uncle for a while and I started exercising like crazy. I would do aerobics for over an hour then go on the treadmill for over 45 minutes. I lost almost 15 lbs in less than 2 months. Ever since then, I've been constantly watching what I eat. I drink laxative tea every night, and now I've resorted to purging. I can barely eat, and the little that I do eat, I have to force myself and throw it all up. I am always online, reading about bulimia and anorexia. I've been hiding this behavior from my family for some time now. I honestly want to stop, but I can't. I know my life is slowly slipping out of my hands.
