Not Skinny Enough One winter, over Christmas time, I gained a lot of weight. Everyone kept telling me it wasn't much, but I looked like a pig. Every diet I tried didn't work, and I knew about this one girl at school who throws up every time she eats. Before, I thought it was gross. But, I was desperate. I tried it only once, and it worked. I felt better, and automatically skinnier. But not skinny enough, so I kept doing it. My mom told me there was something wrong, and that I needed to see a doctor. I always ate in front of her to make her happy, but later I got rid of it. One time I fainted in the middle of my physical education class. They took me to a doctor who helped cured me of my bulimia nervosa. About 3 months later, I had a relapse. I was stuck in the hospital for awhile. Now it's a year later, and I still have trouble holding down my food. |
