Figure It Out

Bulimia isn't a very pretty disorder, trust me, if you're thinking about what to do to lose weight, don't do this.

I wasn't the skinniest girl in my grade, in fact I was probably the most over weight person there. My name is Nicole and I was both bulimic and anorexic. I would either binge or purge on a day to day basis. I would go on an eating binge or starvation diet.

I was always tired and my breath would smell horrible. I was dizzy 24/7, and I had a hard time concentrating. After being like this for awhile I lost more than 20 pounds. I looked good but I felt sick.

Being a teenager is hard at times but this stuff isn't the answer. It may make you feel better about yourself but in the end it will just make everything worse. You become a different person to everyone around you. It will drive you insane. Lucky for me, I was already insane.

I was able to let go of this disease, and hopefully this story will help someone like you. I hope it will keep you from making the mistake I did. Bulimia isn't the answer neither is anorexia.

Every since I stopped, I've been eating the right foods and exercising 2 to 3 times a week. I've lost 20 or more pounds. Bulimia will ruin your life. I hope you can figure it out by reading this, instead of figuring it out by trying it.
