Truly Beautiful

Dear Anorexia,

For the past 8 months, I've been falling into you, I've been becoming you...anorexic.

For an 11 year old girl, it's tough. But you must know that I'm trying to fight you, because I've seen what you do to poor, desperate girls and I don't want to be like that.

I don't want to make my family upset or scared or cry anymore on your account. It's as much your fault as it is mine, so before I start taking St. John's Wart, or start going to a therapist, I'm going to try to handle this on my own. I  want to live a fat free life, but also an anorexic free life.

Remember, being TRULY beautiful is being yourself, it looks a whole lot better and it's less painful.

Thank you. I wish you all a long and happy life. :D
